Adamax Serviços Ltda is an occupational safety, occupational medicine and environmental company. It was founded in 2020 and is based in São José dos Campos.

Six areas of work, coordinated with one another:
- Occupational Safety and HealthPGR, PCMSO, LTCAT and PPP reports, unhealthy- and hazardous-work assessments, and support for the occupational safety events of eSocial.
- Fire-safety certification (AVCB)Technical design, building adaptation and follow-up all the way to the fire brigade inspection.
- Environmental services and permittingStudies, permitting, expert assessment, monitoring and Federal Technical Registry (CTF/IBAMA).
- Occupational examinations and the ASO certificatePre-employment, periodic, change-of-risk, return-to-work and exit examinations, with the ASO occupational health certificate issued at the end.
- PCMSO and occupational health managementA programme written from the risk inventory in the PGR, with an examination schedule by role and an annual analytical report.
- NR safety trainingIn-company groups across 14 Regulatory Standards, on site or live online, with a certificate.
The two fronts under one coordination
Occupational safety, occupational medicine and the environment are usually contracted separately. That is where compliance stalls: the PGR records a risk the examination does not cover, the licence demands a measure nobody priced, and each supplier points at the other.
At Adamax these three disciplines sit under one roof, with a single technical point of contact. The report that records the risk and the programme that orders the examination for that risk answer to the same coordination, not to two suppliers who have never spoken.
