In those cases Adamax does the technical work and the filing is signed off by a professional licensed in that country, chosen together with you. We do not sign what we cannot sign.
Companies from other countries that have already set up, are setting up or plan to bring operations to Brazil need the safety documentation, the occupational examinations, the AVCB and, when the activity requires it, the environmental permit before operations begin. Adamax takes that path together with the head office, in its language.

Portugal
ACT · ANEPC · SCIE regime
Same language, a different legal framework. In Portugal occupational health and safety is overseen by the ACT (Autoridade para as Condições do Trabalho), and fire safety in buildings follows the regime known as SCIE, with ANEPC for the higher risk categories and the municipal councils for the first. There is no "AVCB" or "PGR" under those names: the equivalent documents are different ones.
It is the country where we get the most enquiries from Brazilian companies opening an operation, and from Portuguese companies with an operation or a plant in Brazil. In both directions, the technical side can be ours.

Spain
Ley 31/1995 · Inspección de Trabajo · CTE
Spanish occupational risk prevention comes from Ley 31/1995 de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, enforced by the Inspección de Trabajo y Seguridad Social. Fire safety in buildings follows the Código Técnico de la Edificación, and industrial premises have a regulation of their own.
We work in Spanish from first contact to contract: proposal, technical meeting and documentation. The technical work and the consultancy come from here; the document with Spanish legal standing is issued by a professional licensed in Spain.
Paraguay
Ministerio de Trabajo · industrial operation
Geographical proximity and real demand for operation and industrial plants. Occupational health and safety requirements are set by the Ministerio de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social of Paraguay, whose structure differs from the Brazilian one.
It is the country where our physical presence is most viable in terms of crew travel. We assess case by case, with the mobilisation cost stated in the proposal and not discovered halfway through the job.
Mexico
NOM · STPS
In Mexico, the Normas Oficiales Mexicanas (NOM) issued by the STPS occupy the place the NR standards occupy in Brazil: they are the same kind of instrument, with their own numbering and content. Anyone who knows the Brazilian system recognises the logic quickly, but the documents do not transfer.
