01Who the data controller is

The controller of the personal data processed through this website is:

To exercise your rights or ask questions about how your data is handled, use the contact channel above. Requests are received and answered by the person responsible for data subject enquiries at the company.

02What data we collect

This website is static: it does not create user accounts and keeps no application database of its own. The only personal data we receive is what you type in voluntarily in the contact form. From the moment you send it, that data is recorded on the site's hosting platform (see item 3):

03How the data is sent, and where it goes

When you click either of the form's send buttons, the data you typed is automatically recorded on the site's hosting platform, Netlify, through the Netlify Forms feature, so that the Adamax team has one central copy of every request, accessible only after logging in. That record is created at that moment, regardless of what happens next with the e-mail.

When you click “Send via the form”, that is the whole send: the Adamax team receives the request through the Netlify dashboard and you are taken to the confirmation page.

When you click “I'd rather send by e-mail”, the site opens your e-mail client with the same message ready, addressed to contato@adamax.com.br. Here too, sending through that channel depends on your confirmation.

04Purpose and legal basis

We do not use your data for automated advertising, sale to third parties, profiling or automated decision-making.

05How long we keep it

• An enquiry that does not become business: we keep the conversation and the data for up to 12 months, in case the enquiry is picked up again, and then delete it.
• An enquiry that becomes a contract: we keep it for the duration of the contract and for the applicable statutory periods (tax, employment, civil and technical responsibility), as required by law in force.
• You may ask for deletion before those periods, save where retention is mandatory by law.

06Cookies, tracking and third-party services

This website uses no cookies of its own, installs no tracking pixels, builds no browsing profile and does no remarketing.

The contact form is processed by Netlify Forms, a feature of our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc., based in the United States). It receives and stores the data you send, so that the Adamax team can view it in a login-protected dashboard. That transmission constitutes an international transfer of data, made on the basis of your consent when submitting the form (art. 7, I, and art. 33, VIII, of the LGPD). The site stores a single temporary item in your browser tab's memory (sessionStorage): the message you have just composed in the form, used only by the confirmation page shown right after you send. That content never leaves your device, is not sent to any server, and is erased as soon as it is used or when you close the tab.

To display its typefaces, the site loads files from Google Fonts. During that load, your IP address and basic browser information are received by Google's servers, as described in the Google Privacy Policy. No other data is shared, and that load does not identify you personally to Adamax.

Links to WhatsApp and Google Maps lead to third-party sites with their own policies. Clicking them takes you off our site.

07Sharing

We do not sell, rent or assign personal data. Sharing occurs only:

• with Netlify, the site's hosting provider, responsible for receiving and storing contact form submissions (item 3);
• with the messaging or e-mail platform you choose when sending (item 3);
• with professionals and contractors involved in delivering the service you engaged, to the extent necessary;
• with public bodies and professional councils, where the service requires filing, a permit, an ART/RRT or an administrative process;
• where there is a legal or regulatory obligation, or a court order.

08Security

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the data in our care, including restricting access to the people handling the enquiry. The site itself keeps no application database of its own; form submissions are stored in the Netlify Forms dashboard, protected by a login held by the team responsible for the site, which reduces the exposure surface compared with running our own storage.

No system is completely immune to incidents. If a security incident occurs that poses a material risk to your rights, we will notify you and Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), under art. 48 of the LGPD.

09Your rights as a data subject

Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you may at any time request:

• confirmation that processing exists, and access to your data;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate or out-of-date data;
• anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data;
• portability to another provider, upon express request;
• deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent;
• information about who we share your data with;
• information about the option not to give consent, and its consequences;
• withdrawal of consent, at any time.

You may also lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

10Minors

This site is intended for business contact between companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data relating to children or adolescents. If we identify such data, it will be deleted.

11Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site, to our services or to the law. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on this same page.

12Governing law and jurisdiction

This policy is governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the district of São José dos Campos, state of São Paulo, are elected to settle any dispute, except where the law grants the data subject a different forum.
